POLICIES
Policies
Everything that governs how If There's Anything That You Want works, and how to reach us. Each entry says what the document is for, so you can go straight to the one you need instead of reading all of them.
The agreement
- Terms & Conditions — the plain-English summary. Start here if you want to know what you are agreeing to without reading the whole thing. It is a summary, and it does not override the complete version.
- Terms & Conditions, complete — the binding agreement. This is the version that governs, and the one the registration form asks you to accept. Read it before you create an account or buy listing capacity.
Privacy
- Privacy Policy — the short version: what we collect, what we do not do, and what happens to a live conversation.
- Privacy Policy, complete — the full account of what we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What may be listed, and the risks
- Prohibited Items and Content — what may not be offered, published, or sent here. Read this before you publish a listing; as a seller you are responsible for the items you offer.
- Marketplace and Safety Disclaimer — a short, plain summary of who carries the risk in a buyer-seller dealing. Worth two minutes before you meet someone or send anyone money.
Specific situations
- Child Safety — the rules about material and conduct involving minors, and how to report a concern. If a child may be in immediate danger, call 911 first.
- Copyright — how to tell us that something here infringes your copyright, and what we do about it.
Reaching us
- Contact, Notices, and Reports — the right channel for each kind of message, so it gets to the correct place.
- Account and listing help — registration, sign-in, listings, photographs, marketplace pages, and live-conversation problems.
- Billing and cancellation — subscription charges, cancelling, and billing errors.
- Privacy requests — access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Legal notices — formal legal notices and copyright complaints.
To report a listing or a user for breaking the rules, use the Report control on the listing or seller page itself — that attaches the report to the right item automatically.
About the Service
- About — what this service is, how a personal marketplace differs from a marketplace directory, and what we charge for.
A note on versions
Each policy carries an effective date. When we make a material change we will tell you through the Service, by email, or both, before it takes effect, and we will ask you to accept the change again where that is appropriate. A new version does not retroactively change rights or duties tied to something that already happened.
