Privacy requests
Use this form to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask a question about how we handle it.
Before you send
We will verify your identity before we disclose, change, or delete protected information. An authorized agent acting for someone else must provide evidence of that authority.
Please tell us which you are asking for — access, correction, or deletion — and be specific about what information you mean. A narrow request is answered faster than a broad one.
Do not include passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or government identification numbers. If we need something to verify you, we will ask for it specifically.
What we may not be able to do
We may limit or refuse a request where that is permitted or required — for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, legal compliance, child safety, evidence preservation, freedom of expression, or another person's rights. We will tell you when that happens, and we will honor any statutory response and appeal rights that apply.
Some things are outside our reach entirely. Seller and listing pages are public, so copies may exist in search engine caches and on other people's devices; removing something here does not remove those. And we cannot delete a live conversation, because we never had it.
What you can do without asking us
- review and update your account details;
- change the public name shown next to your listings;
- create, edit, deactivate, or delete your listings;
- cancel paid listing capacity; and
- close your account.
