If There's Anything That You Want

LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 4, 2026.

These terms govern your use of If There's Anything That You Want (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to hold an account. You must be 18 or older to take part in a direct conversation with another user. The Service is offered in the United States.

2. Accounts

Your email address is your login identity and must be verified. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Your legal name is private; the public name you choose is what other users see.

3. Listings

You are solely responsible for everything you post: its accuracy, its legality, your right to sell the item, and every representation you make about it. You must have the right to use any photograph you upload.

4. Listing capacity and billing

We charge sellers for listing capacity only. One active listing is free and permanent. Additional concurrent active-listing slots are billed monthly. Upgrades take effect once payment succeeds; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. We do not offer voluntary prorated refunds. If a renewal payment fails, a short grace period applies before capacity is reduced. Reducing capacity never deletes a listing -- it deactivates the oldest active listings first, and they can be reactivated later.

Billing problems affect entitlements only. They never suspend your account.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Service to post, offer, or solicit anything that is illegal to sell or transfer; to post content you have no right to post; to impersonate anyone; to harass, threaten, or defraud another user; to scrape or bulk-collect other users' information; or to attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the Service's technical controls.

6. Disclaimer

Our Disclaimer forms part of these terms and is incorporated here by reference. In short: we do not monitor or moderate listings, we do not record conversations, and we are not a party to any transaction between users. Please read it in full.

7. Direct connections

Because conversations connect two browsers to each other, taking part in one may expose network information such as an IP address to the other participant. Either participant may photograph, screenshot, copy, or print what appears on their own screen. Treat a conversation as something the other person can keep.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service or any dealing with another user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or that puts other users at risk. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Contact
