Formal legal notices
Formal legal notices must be sent to 393 Hugh Allison Rd, Pikeville, TN 37367, with an electronic courtesy copy to legal@iftheresanythingthatyouwant.com. Using this form alone is not service, and nothing here alters a legally required method of service.
Copyright complaints
Copyright complaints follow the process on the Copyright page, which sets out what a complaint needs to contain. Please read that page before sending one — a complaint missing the work, the location, or a way to reach you cannot be acted on.
A general report about a listing is not a copyright complaint, and a copyright complaint is not the right channel for a dispute about who owns a physical item.
Other rights complaints
Trademark, privacy, publicity-right, impersonation, and counterfeit-goods complaints belong here too. Please say clearly which one you are making, because the analysis is different for each.
We may send a complaint, including the contact details in it, to the affected user — they cannot answer a complaint they cannot see. Send only the information the complaint needs.
Disputes
Before filing a non-urgent dispute, either of us may send the other a written description and a requested resolution, and allow 30 days for a good-faith response. This is not required, does not shorten a limitations period, and does not prevent a request for emergency or injunctive relief.
